The 47th District now includes: Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, and Laguna Beach.
In the second segment (minute 34:05), water policy analyst/activist Conner Everts takes us through the next public agency review of the Poseidon desalination plant proposed in Huntington Beach. The CA Coastal Commission is scheduled to hear this application in Costa Mesa: May 12th, at the Hilton Orange, Fountain Terrace Room, 3050 Bristol Street.
