Costa Mesa Mayor Katrina Foley, speaks as a candidate running in MARCH 9, 2021 special election in the Orange County Board Of Supervisor’s 2nd District. Although the 2nd district includes: Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Cypress, La Palma, Rossmor, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Stanton, Buena Park, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, and a portion of Anaheim; the reach of this Board of Supervisor office extends throughout the county of 3.3 million constituents. This district includes: Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Cypress, La Palma, Rossmor, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Stanton, Buena Park, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, and a portion of Anaheim.
