Irvine), discern the political seismic map shifting under our feet, in their latest book, “Gerrymandering the States; Partisanship, Race, and the Transformation of American Federalism,” available this August from Cambridge University Press. Their co-authors, unavailable for the interview, are Michael Latner (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo), and Anthony McGann (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow).
